Disney Springs, Orlando’s Newest Theme Park

Disneyland has opened a new theme park, Disney Springs, that takes the repurposed theme of the 1960s and 1970s and translates it into a more contemporary world. Themed around a former town, this resort is home to an industrial site, marina, and an endless array of vendors and restaurants. Themed notes are sprinkled throughout the complex, such as The Edison restaurant and Morimoto Asia. Whether you’re a Disney fan or not, you’ll find something to pique your interest. Whether you’re looking for a unique piece of clothing, a souvenir for your loved ones, or a special gift for someone you’d like to spoil, Disney Springs has a selection of stores and brands to suit every style and budget. The mall’s retail mix includes everything from artisan soap shops to huge name-brand stores. You’ll find everything from UGGs and Under Armour to Sephora, MAC, Columbia, and Volcom. There’s also a UNIQLO, which offers staple pieces as well as statement pieces.

The oldest section of Disney Springs is the Marketplace. The shopping area has a wide selection of restaurants and a Lego store. The Marketplace is also known for its magical toy shops. Other attractions include Once Upon a Toy, World of Disney, and the Lego store. If you’re looking for something a bit more unique, then head to the World of Disney and enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants. While you’re there, be sure to check out the attractions for a fun day with your family.

The entertainment at Disney Springs is endless. From music and movies to live shows, there is something for everyone. A family-friendly restaurant at Disney Springs, T-Rex Cafe offers an educational experience for kids with a fun theme menu. In addition to its themed menu, the T-Rex Cafe offers an interactive sandbox for children to play with. This is a great place for kids to eat, and is a fantastic option for dining out with the whole family.

Parking at Disney Springs is a breeze, as there are two surface parking lots and three parking garages in the area. Guests are encouraged to park their cars in the Orange, Lime, and Grapefruit garages, which utilize overhead LED lights and digital message boards to inform them of open spaces. If there’s no open space in your garage, there is a dedicated handicapped parking spot. The parking garages are open 24 hours, and the attendants at each entrance will gladly guide you.

If you don’t want to drive to Disney Springs, consider parking in one of the several surface lots and garages. All of these parking lots are located right on Disney property. They are close to off-site hotels and Walt Disney World Resort. The Orange Garage is the closest one, while the Grapefruit garage is on the opposite side of East Buena Vista Drive. The Grapefruit garage offers the easiest egress to The Marketplace. If you’re visiting the theme park for special events, it’s best to arrive a half hour before the event begins.
